Requirements for the driver(s):

• Participants must have a valid driver’s license.
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
• Vehicles participating in the trip must be MOT-approved and insured.
• Participants must follow the organization’s instructions.

Liability:

• Participation in the trip/event is entirely at your own risk.
• Defender-Life is not liable for any damage or injury that occurs during the trip/event.
• The organization accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to personal property or that of third parties.
• The participant is responsible for damage or loss to the two-way radios provided by Defender-Life.
• Defender-Life is not responsible for the consequences of unforeseen emergencies.

Safety:

• Wearing a seat belt is mandatory at all times.
• Damage caused by irresponsible behavior of a participant will be recovered from the person in question.
